How are your art-prints packed/shipped?

Orders within New Zealand: For ease of tracking, we use a 2 day courier service to ship within NZ.

Loose prints are rolled within a sturdy tube - and mounted/framed prints are packed with protective cardboard.

International orders (outside of New Zealand): The most cost effective shipping option on unframed prints is by the New Zealand Postal service. We use airmail (6-10 working days) which offers good service without huge costs. Prints are rolled within a sturdy tube. At this time, mounted or framed products are not shipped internationally. Shipping costs are dependent on quantities ordered will be quoted at the time of your order.

How long between ordering and dispatch?

Unframed prints are dispatched within 2-4 days. Framed are dispatched within 10-14 working days. However, with such an extensive range, we are unable to guarantee that prints are in stock at time of order.

How are your cubes, blocks and decals packed/shipped?

Our cubes are encased in a soft protective material, then packed within a sturdy box.

Shipping within New Zealand: We send by 2 days courier within New Zealand. Freight will be quoted at the time of your order and depends on quantity.

Returns Policy

What is your returns policy on art-prints?

If for any reason our print does not fit your requirements, we will accept your returns. Shipping is non-refundable however and the print must be returned in the original condition. Framed pictures are made to order and therefore returns are not possible.

What is your returns policy on decals?

Decals are made to order and therefore returns are not possible. However, we guarantee our products completely and any damage or faulty products will be replaced.

Image Vault cannot be held responsible for errors in application, so it is most important that the instructions are followed exactly and the provided test sample is used. No refunds will be made on opened or partially installed decals. Due to a variation in wall surfaces and environmental extremes (like direct light or heat), Image Vault will not accept responsibility for any damage caused to your wall during removal of the decal.
